Dragon*Con 2002, a little party
for 20,000+ of our closest friends, is over! What a great time and
what a great way to make new friends and see old ones! I have three pages
of commentary with links to pics embedded:

pics from The Last Dance's show at the Riviera Club Monday after
Dragon*Con (the first Unofficial Dragon*Con After-Party)
- The Cruxshadows live
at the Masquerade almost a week later: the Final, Unofficial Dragon*Con After-Party :)
Big thanks go to:
- Emerald Rose for their consummate professionalism and help with
providing their own PA for all Concourse bands to use
- Rogue and The Cruxshadows, good friends and yet another great
and well-attended show
- my old friends in Bella Morte and my new friends in
The Last Dance, who turned in a terrific show, easily the surprise
musical highlight of the con
- Ghoultown, Voltaire and the Brobdingnagian Bards for being really cool
- all the bands who performed on "my" Concourse -- great
shows and excellent response!
- .....and to everyone at Dragon*Con who made this one of the best years
I can remember!
And, my car didn't get crunched up by the Hyatt this year, so that was a
good start. :)
Special thanks go to the staff at the City Cafe, who worked 12-hour shifts
to try and serve us as fast as possible. Good food, and mounds of it!
